PANTO 2016 - Dates & Times

Sundays  are the days we rehearse the youth cast scenes and the large ensemble scenes, songs, and dances. Thursdays, we rehearse the scenes with less characters on stage. Thursdays are for the adult cast (16+) and Senior Youth Cast who have not elected to have youth rehearsal times only.  Very few actors are called for every rehearsal: It's only the principals (main characters) who are called for a lot of rehearsals. 
The Important Dates listed here are ones you really need to be at. Always let the DSM know if you are not going to make any rehearsal dates.

Sunday afternoons (between 3PM and 7PM - tbc): 

• Sept 11th, 18th, 25th
• Oct 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th
• Nov 6th, 13th, 20th

Thursday evenings (between 7.30 and 9.30 - tbc):

• Sept 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th
• Oct 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th
• Nov 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th
• Dec 1st, 8th

NOTE: Only the principals (main characters) are likely to be called for most rehearsals.

• Monday Nov 21st - EVENING - LX Rig [Lighting Plot] /Fit-up 
  (Crew -  adult cast welcome (needed!) to assist - please help!)
  
  
• Sunday Nov 27th - AFTERNOON - RUN-THROUGH REHEARSAL
  - start time from 2PM - all cast and crew
  
  
• Monday Nov 28th - EVENING - LX Rig [Lighting Plot] /Fit-up

• Saturday Dec 3rd - ALL DAY - LX Rig [Lighting Plot] /Fit-up

• Sunday Dec 4th - AFTERNOON -  TECHNICAL REHEARSAL  - start time from 2PM 
  - all cast and crew. Fast-track for Junior Youth Cast and Senior Youth Cast who have opted for Youth Rehearsal Times 
  
  
• Monday Dec 5th - EVENING - DRY TECH PART 1 
  (Director, Assistant Directors and crew - no cast)
  
  
• Saturday Dec 10th - MORNING - DRY TECH PART 2

• Sunday Dec 11th - AFTERNOON  - DRESS REHEARSAL 1
