Crew Meet
The crew runs the show; no lines to learn, you get to dress in black and gossip on the comms. What's not to like? Crewing is so much fun, some people take small acting parts and crew too. Crew roles are listed below under Cast and Crew Commitments. If you are interested in crewing, either come to any audition and ask for Nicki or Andy or contact us. [email protected]. Crew Commitment
This is a guide to the level of commitment, based on task. Please see important dates below. [1] Sound Designer/Operator, Deputy Stage Manager (DSM), Director, Assistant Director(s), Musical Director: Sunday afternoons and Thursday evenings from the beginning of September to the performance dates. Production Meetings, Tech rehearsals and fit-ups as required. [2] Set and Props Build and Paint Team: As required by the Team Manager. [3] Stage Management (SM, ASM, Backstage Manager, Props Manager, Tabs ASM), Lighting (LX) Designer - Fitters - Operators, Tech Runners: Sunday afternoons and occasional other days [**] from 22nd November "Run-through" until the end of run. [**] [includes some Monday and Friday evenings, Saturday day times - see important dates, below.] [4] Child Chaperones (for under 12s): Sunday afternoon Tech and Dress rehearsals and performance times on a rota. [5] Front of House Team: Production dates/as required to source items for sale. [6] Box Office Admin, Front of House Manager, Build and Paint Team Manager, Producer, Voice Coach, Acting Coach, Choreographer: As required from the beginning of September until production. [7] Costume, Hair, Make-up: Sundays from Run-through until production, and as required before then. Dates Standard Cast Rehearsal Dates Sunday afternoons (between 3PM and 7PM - tbc):

Cost
- Membership of The Crowborough Players (all cast members) costs £10 for under 18s and £20 for adults (other memberships are available).
- What You Will Theatre (WyW Theatre) - Junior Cast and Senior Youth Cast (who have elected to join the drama fun) costs £45 (includes 9 weeks of drama sessions). See www.wywtheatre.com for info.
- Members of the Adult Cast and Senior Youth Cast (who are not joining WyW Theatre) pay a performance fee of £10.
- Cast members will need to provide some items of costume.
Script Submission
